How Our Pricing Works

We keep our pricing clear and flexible, so you always know what to expect.

Work is charged by the hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. After that, we bill in 30 minute blocks so you’re only paying for the time we’re actually working.
We offer a range of pricing options to suit the job: hourly rates, full-day rates, or fixed prices for certain tasks.
Emergency call-outs during standard working hours are charged at our normal rates no inflated fees.
If we supply materials, a 20% handling fee is added to cover sourcing and trade logistics.
In some cases, there may be charges for collecting materials, delivering items, or producing detailed reports or estimates we’ll always let you know beforehand.
Every invoice includes a breakdown of labour, materials used, and a brief summary of the work completed.
VAT is added to all prices at the current rate.
We kindly ask for full payment upon receipt of your invoice.
